Share-with-Owner Grant

1. What this grant covers.

By accepting this grant, you agree that SiteProof may share the
following data about your work on a Site Manager's property with that
Site Manager:

  - Your name and role
  - GPS coordinates and accuracy at the moment of job start, job
    completion, and during the active job period
  - All photos you capture (before, after, issue, progress, extra)
    with their embedded timestamp + GPS metadata
  - Job status events (assigned, started, in progress, completed,
    skipped, cancelled, reopened)
  - Any notes attached to the job

2. Why this grant exists.

The Property Owner is paying your employer for the work being done.
Their visibility into that work is why SiteProof exists, and is the
value your employer is paying for. The Property Owner accepts
SiteProof's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before their account will
open, and is bound by them in how they handle your data.

3. What is NOT shared.

A Property Owner does NOT see: your sign-in credentials; your phone
number; GPS data from your device when no job is active; or anything
from jobs at properties owned by anyone else — those stay inside that
other owner's own account and are not reachable from theirs.

4. Scope.

This grant applies only to jobs you perform at a property whose owner
your employer services through SiteProof, and only to that owner, and
only for their own property. It does not authorize any other party to
access your data. If your employer stops servicing that property, the
grant stops applying to work done after that point.

5. Withdrawal.

You may withdraw this grant by leaving your Contractor (your account
is suspended within your Contractor org). Withdrawal does not
retroactively remove already-shared data; the Site Manager retains
their service-record archive.
