Terms of Use

1. Acceptance.

SiteProof accounts are created for you — by SiteProof for a contracting
company, and by that company for its staff, its field operators and its
property-owner customers. There is no public sign-up. You ("User")
agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") with SiteProof, Inc.
("SiteProof") by accepting them on the screen shown when you first sign
in, and the app does not open until you do. If you do not agree, do not
accept them, and speak to whoever administers your account.

2. Account types.

SiteProof recognizes four kinds of account: (a) Property Owner — a
company that owns or manages property, and the Property Managers who
act for it; (b) Contracting company — a service provider performing
work at those properties, whose staff hold Admin or Dispatch access;
(c) Operator — an individual performing field work on behalf of a
contracting company, who may additionally be flagged as a Supervisor;
(d) SiteProof — our own staff, who administer the platform. Each kind
of account has distinct permissions, described in the training pages
inside the app.

3. Acceptable use.

You agree not to (a) attempt to access data outside the organizations
you belong to; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise probe the
platform's security model; (c) upload content that is unlawful,
infringing, or harmful; (d) impersonate any person or entity. SiteProof
may suspend or terminate accounts in violation of this section.

4. Service availability.

SiteProof targets but does not guarantee continuous service availability.
SiteProof may perform scheduled maintenance, security updates, and
incident-driven downtime without prior notice. SiteProof is not liable
for losses arising from service unavailability.

5. Modifications.

SiteProof may modify these Terms by publishing a new version. Material
changes require re-acceptance on next sign-in, for every kind of
account. Continued use after re-acceptance constitutes agreement to the
new Terms.

6. Termination.

Because accounts are provisioned rather than self-created, they are
closed the same way: ask whoever administers your account, and they
will close it. A contracting company may close its own account by
writing to contact@siteproof.co. SiteProof may terminate accounts for
violation of these Terms or, for a contracting company, for
non-payment. Invoicing is handled outside the app; SiteProof never
holds your payment details.

7. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
